The PURE-AIR Pulse Jet (PPJ) technology is a patent-pending solution designed for high-demand environments. Developed by PURE-AIR’s in-house engineering team, this technology enhances the proven capabilities of the market-leading PURE-AIR 800i system, widely recognized for its excellence in extraction solutions within the laser coding industry.
The PPJ unit utilizes compressed air to periodically clean its filters by blowing debris into a removable collection tray for easy disposal. This design reduces maintenance requirements, with pre-set intervals for filter cleaning that maximize filter lifespan. Equipped with F9-grade filters, the system can filter particles as small as 0.9 microns.
